- You can not cut a hole in existing double glazed units
- A new double glazed unit is required and the hole is put in at manufacturing stage
- If you have glass to top and bottom of a door you can have the cat flap installed in the glass or have a upvc panel put in and have cat flap installed into the panel subject to site survey
